Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SmartEdge for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

  • We may cease providing ongoing support services

Force Majeure

SmartEdge shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and SmartEdge relating to your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
